I'm about to start studying for a license in real estate and want to start making money right away. I'm a total go getter and will work 80 hours a week if i have to. how much money can i make starting out as a new agent in south beach? and what do i have to do to get it?
where can i find massive amounts of people who are trying to sell their house and will let me represent them?
sorry if my questions sound too uninformed, but i just want to get out there! thanks.

1Its all about marketing, first start off with your close circle of family and friends, im sure in miami beach there's alot of realtors, but you can always make it with persistance. There's no telling on how much you can make, sign up with a company and get a mentor to help you out in the beginning.
