I want to know because i've been trying to sell my condo and it has been already a month and half and only one person had come and seen it. and obviously that person did not have any money because they never came back to make a deal

1It's slow all over. My house in FL has been for sale since October and I've had only a few showings - none made an offer. :-(
All I can say is take it as a lesson in patience. Below are a few websites where you can post a listing for free. You can also check out http://www.buyerhunt.com to find buyers in your area.
