Hi I am a Real Estate Broker Here in Miami, Can any one help me with the list of companies who need BPOs?

I would like to know if some one knows about BPO, Broker price opinion, I need to know the companies who actually neeeds Local Brokers who can perform BPO here in Miami, florida.

Answers:

1IMHO, there is no money in BPOs. Lenders only want to pay $30 - $40 dollars in my area, in some cases you have to drive 2 hours round trip and spend an hour or so putting the BPO together. If the lender doesn't like your BPO, they don't pay you.
